Hi, I’m Autumn - Account Manager, wellness enthusiast, and your friendly nervous system biohacking nerd who believes healing is just as much about lifting your spirits as it is about lifting weights.
My wellness journey didn’t start with a treadmill - it started with trauma healing. After two years of deep emotional work and receiving coaching around PTSD, I finally had the inner strength to chase outer strength. After working through deep emotions, I finally was ready to work on my fitness and physical health. When I started moving my body, even more healing took place. I discovered the gift of endorphins, the power of regulating cortisol, and how lifting could ground me in the present like nothing else. I never thought I could be that person at the gym. Now, I help motivate others within our community to discover their strength. I have written PresFit’s Cortisol Combat Program: a stress-reducing wellness experience to help clients relieve stress, feel strong, stable, and unstoppable.
My approach is trauma-informed, realistic, honoring your starting point, and full of encouragement. I specialize in motivation and mindset, nervous system support, and bridging the gap between emotional health and physical wellness. I will nerd out with you anytime about biohacking!

What’s up y’all, my name’s Coach Cody! I grew up playing every sport I could, with football and basketball being my main loves, until injuries and life knocked me off track. I’ve been through it, lost over 50 pounds three different times throughout my life, so I know firsthand what it takes to start over, stay consistent, and build a lifestyle that actually lasts.
I’ve spent the last five years coaching full-time, working with everyone from beginners to athletes through one-on-one training, small group sessions, sports performance, and helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. I’m big on long-term results, real nutrition habits, and keeping it simple but effective.
Outside the gym, you’ll probably catch me hooping, hitting concerts, or dancing like nobody’s watching… even though somebody usually is. Can’t wait to meet you and help you crush it!

During my time in the Marines, I hit one of the darkest periods of my life — physically worn down, mentally exhausted, and emotionally stuck. Luckily I had someone there for me that used fitness as a means of helping me not only physically, but also mentally and emotionally. When I got back home I decided I wanted to recreate this experience for others. Helping YOU win and achieve whatever it is you want to accomplish in life inside or outside of fitness. It all relates.
I founded PresFit not just to book personal training sessions, but to transform lives. This isn’t a side hustle or a hobby. It’s a mission to bring excellence, integrity, and world-class results to an industry that often settles for less. I deeply care about our clients and make it a personal mission to help them win physically and mentally (It is not unheard of for me to show up to someone’s door at 6AM if they had missed some sessions and take the client for an impromptu walk or run haha)
